The lots on Truman Point Road are located in the Eagle Harbor neighborhood of Aquasco in southern Prince George’s County. According to the neighborhood website, the neighborhood was founded in 1929 for the “pursuit of African Americans who simply desired a place of acceptance – from such inception, generations who long preceded, has emerged this season of posterity. Forever a place, granted upon the ideal whose time has come wherein all peoples, regardless of creed or color, might experience resort–style living, and birthed from a history of segregated beaches where blacks could not swim, the Town of Eagle Harbor, Maryland welcomes you.” The inclusive community offers beaches, a pier, green spaces and picturesque views for the residents. Grocery stores, banks, cafes and religious centers are within a 20 minute drive of the lots.
