The first floor is divided into a living room, study, large eat-in kitchen and a three fixture bath; the second and third floors are each divided into two bedrooms. Site Improvements

On-site improvements include a detached garage, two frame sheds, pavilion, pier and slips, paved parking, concrete walkways, a ramp and fire truck access to the waterfront, and landscaping. The detached garage contains an approximate area of 670 square feet that is unfinished with a concrete slab floor, concrete block walls and exposed frame joists and roof deck with attached fluorescent lighting. Basic construction of the garage is concrete block with a shingle roof. The building is equipped with 120/240 electrical service and two wooden overhead doors. The property is also improved with asphalt surfacing covering an approximate area of 19,850 square feet based on measurements scaled from the survey.

The pier was reportedly redone in 1990 with water and electric service available to each of the 30 slips. The current owners recently upgraded electrical service to the slips. The T-dock covers an area of approximately 1,790 square feet and also includes eight finger piers. Water depths range from 7 to 12 feet for the outside slips and 4 to 5 feet for the inside slips.
