The parcel is located along the Chester River in the Millington area of Maryland’s upper Eastern Shore. The Millington town center is a little over one mile to the east. Proximity to US-301 (Blue Star Memorial Highway) is good, providing excellent access to employment centers and amenities throughout the area. Nearby properties are predominantly single family homes, many of which also feature frontage along the water. The Chester River is a sizable body of water comprising an extensive watershed running from Millington down to the Chester River Sanctuary and out to the Chesapeake Bay. The river itself, as well as its tributaries, provides substantial fishing and recreational opportunities, in addition to its aesthetic appeal.
