The parcel is located along the Chester River in the Millington area of Maryland’s upper Eastern Shore. The Millington town center is a little over one mile to the east. Proximity to US-301 (Blue Star Memorial Highway) is good, providing excellent access to employment centers and amenities throughout the area.
