      By virtue of a Writ of Execution passed in the matter of CABCO FINANCIAL SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff/Judgement Creditor vs. CJB HOMES, LLC and DESIGN INNOVATIVE HOMES, LLC and CAMERON BRANDON Defendants/Judgement Debtors, Case No. 24-C-22-002736 CJ, issued out of the Circuit Court of Maryland for Baltimore City, the Sheriff will sell all of the Defendant’s right, title, interest and estate in the real property, on the premises, as follows:

Balance to be paid in cash at settlement, which shall take place within five (5) business days following final ratification of the sale by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. If payment of the balance does not take place within the specified time, the deposit shall be forfeited and the property may be resold at the risk and expense of the purchaser.
