IMPROVEMENTS:
Two story brick end-of-group storefront building – constructed in 1900 and containing 5,925 square feet of gross building area, according to public tax records.

The building is believed to have originally been constructed as a theater. According to Cinematreasures.org, “The Victor Theatre was situated on a steep hillside which provided an ideal slope for the auditorium. Located at the corner of Frederick Avenue and Monroe Street, it opened around 1911 and closed in 1918.” The property was subsequently used as a printing press facility by Oliver Press from the 1950s until the early 2000s. Most recently, the property was tenant occupied by a church.

Features include some original details, including pressed tin ceiling, very high ceiling heights, access along both Hollins Street and Frederick Avenue. The building is currently arranged for a sanctuary, fellowship rooms, private offices and cellar basement. Believed to have three-phase electric.
