Former Station North nightclubs, Trip’s Place and Gatsby’s, sold at auction

Former Station North nightclubs, Trip’s Place and Gatsby’s, sold at auction on Wednesday, July 24. The properties at 1813, 1815, 1817 and 1819 N. Charles Street were sold by the estate of the former owner of the nightclubs via in-person and online auctions. A.J. Billig & Company Auctioneers conducted two auctions back-to-back, starting with the three and four-story brick and stucco buildings at 1813-1817 N. Charles Street, which sold for $609,000, and ending with the three-story brick building at 1819 N. Charles Street, which sold for $168,000. Please see the links below to read more about the sales.
