LOCATION:
731 Saint Johns Road is located in the Wyndhurst neighborhood of North Baltimore City. The area is often referred to as Roland Park, the name of the larger surrounding neighborhood. The neighborhood is predominately comprised of nineteenth century Victorian homes with carefully crafted ornate details. The close-knit community has blue ribbon public schools, prestigious private schools, boutique grocery stores and up scale dining all within a 5 minute walk of the home. Nature lovers can walk to the end of the street and find the Stony Run Trail, a wooded 3 mile trail extending from Roland Park to Wyman Park in Remington. The comforts of a suburban lifestyle coupled with the convenience of a city location create a draw to the Roland Park area. Commuters can use I-83 (1.5 miles) for north/south travel, downtown Baltimore is within 15 minutes, and Northern Parkway (0.5 mile) for east/west travel. Major employers in the area include Loyola University, Maryland, Johns Hopkins University and Sinai Hospital.
