IMPROVEMENTS:
One story brick and concrete block building, originally constructed as a church and later converted to an industrial building. The first floor comprises approximately 3,761 square feet and the lower level approximately 2,000 square feet. The building has a composition shingle roof, on the main portion and built-up roof on the front section. The main level has two drive-in doors. The lower level has one drive-in door.

A $10,000 deposit, payable by cashier’s check, will be required of the Purchaser at time and place of sale. The deposit shall be increased to 10% of the purchase price within 24 hours at the Auctioneer’s office. If purchased by an online bidder, the full 10% deposit is due by 4:30 p.m. on the day of sale, payable by wire transfer or cashier’s check, at the Auctioneer’s office. Deposit funds shall be held by A. J. Billig & Co., LLC. Balance to be paid in cash at settlement, which shall take place within 45 days. If payment of the deposit or balance does not take place within the specified time, the deposit shall be forfeited and the property may be resold at the risk and expense of the Purchaser.
