      By virtue of a Writ of Execution passed in the matter of All Trade Enterprises, Inc. t/a Northwest Fine Wines, Sprits & More, Plaintiff/Judgement Creditor vs. Justin Principio, Defendant/Judgement Debtor, Case No. 24-C-21-000508, issued out of the Circuit Court of Maryland for Baltimore City, the Sheriff will sell all of the Defendant’s right, title, interest and estate in the real property, on the premises, as follows:
