Under and by virtue of a Writ of Execution, I have seized and taken into custody the following described property:
BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED as Condominium Unit 1109, Building 7, Phase 8, on a Plat entitled “Condominium Plat Phase 8, Catonsville Mews Condominium (Preiousl Recorded as Section Two, Catonsville Gateway, at Plat Book 77, folio 1′)”, as the same is established pursuant to a Declaration and By-Laws of “Condominium Plat Phases 1,1A, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Catonsville Mews Condominium”, recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore county in Liber 22952, folio 001 et seq., and all amendments and supplements thereto and as shown on the aforesaid Plat recorded among the Plat Records of Baltimore County, Maryland in Condominium Plat Book 31, pages 60 and 61, inclusive.
TOGETHER WITH an undivided percentage interest in the common elements, common expenses and common profits of the Condominium Regime as is appurtenant to said unit according to the provisions of the abovesaid Declaration and By-Laws as well as all recorded Amendments thereto.
The lot or condominium unit conveyed herein is subject to a lien for water and sewer facilities Utility Assessments imposed by U.S. Home Corporation for the benefit of Regional Utilities, LLC., its successors and assigns, pursuant to a Declaration for Water and Sewer Facility Charges made by U.S. Home Corporation for the benefit of Regional Utilities, LLC., recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber 22775, folio 111, which Declaration provides that all lots and condominium units in the subdivision are subject to a lien and covenant running with the land as a general uniform plan of development in the total dollar amount of $400.00 per year, which covenant and lien payable annually over a period of forty (40) years. All Grantees, their successors and assigns, are bound by said Declaration for Water and Sewer Facilities Utility Assessments. This is not a charge for water and wastewater usage and disposal, which utility services are billed directly by Baltimore County.

I will offer for sale so much of the debtor’s interest in the property as is necessary to obtain the amount of the judgment and costs of the enforcement procedures. Sale subject to all liens and encumbrances.
I will sell the debtor’s interest, including all legal and equitable interests of the debtor in the property. The sale will be for cash or certified check to the highest bidder at the time of sale.
