      Pursuant to an order of the Orphans Court for Baltimore City passed in the matter of the Estate of Terry Lee Geogehgan, Estate Number 78279, the undersigned will sell at public auction the following:

      7-Day Beer, Wine & Liquor License (LBD7) – permits alcoholic beverage sales for on and off-premises consumption. The transfer of this liquor license is subject to the approval of the Board of Liquor License Commissioners of Baltimore as in the case of an original application. It shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser to obtain said approval and to make application for transfer of the license within seven business days of the auction. The liquor license was previously issued for 4901 Pennington Avenue and must be moved to another location. The license is located in the 46th district of Baltimore City, which includes much of South Baltimore, and is sold free and clear of liens.

      TERMS OF SALE: A $5,000 deposit, payable by cashier’s check, is required of the purchaser at time and place of sale. Balance to be paid in full within 48 hours at the Auctioneer’s office. The sale is subject to ratification by the Orphans Court for Baltimore City if the purchase price is below $50,000. If the Seller is unable to convey good and marketable title, the Purchaser’s sole remedy in law or equity shall be limited to the refund of the purchase money paid. Upon refund of the purchase money paid this sale shall be null and void and of no effect, and the Purchaser shall have no further claim against the Seller or Auctioneers. Time is of the essence. No buyer’s premium.
