Originally developed by the Roland Park Homeland Company, the quiet neighborhood is comprised of primarily detached single family homes with winding streets and ponds. Parts of the neighborhood were designed by the famed Olmsted brothers, descendants of the designer behind New York City’s Central Park. Convenient to Baltimore City and within minutes of Baltimore County, the property’s location can not be beat. Northern Parkway immediately to the north can be used for east/west travel and Charles Street to the west for north/south travel. Boutique grocery stores, blue ribbon public schools, prestigious private schools and fine dining are within minutes. Nature lovers can take advantage of Lake Roland, Cylburn Arboretum and the Stony Run Trail for miles of hiking trails, playgrounds and picturesque views. The comforts of a suburban lifestyle coupled with the convenience of a city location create a draw to Homeland.
