      By virtue of a Writ of Execution passed in the matter of The Club at McDonogh Township, A Condominium, Plaintiff/Judgement Creditor (the “Plaintiff”) vs. Ansumana K. Mahoi, Defendant/Judgement Debtor (the “Defendant”) , Case No. D-08-CV-23-033300, issued out of the District Court of Maryland for Baltimore County, the undersigned Constable will sell all of the Defendant’s right, title, interest and estate in the real property, as follows:

      All that fee simple condominium unit, situate and lying in Baltimore County, State of Maryland and being more fully described in the Deed to the above Defendant, dated June 12, 2020, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Book JLE 43062, Page 481.

      The improvements are believed to comprise a first floor apartment condominium unit, built in 1987, containing 932 square feet of living area, and comprising a living room, eat-in kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bath, fireplace, laundry, electric heat pump, central air conditioning, community swimming pool, according to public tax records and prior listing information.
