1683 Mussula Road is situated west of Loch Raven Boulevard, south of Joppa Road, north of Putty Hill Avenue and east of Pleasant Plains Road, in the Ridgeleigh neighborhood of Towson. The home is about one-half mile south of the Baltimore Beltway (I-695), near shopping, restaurants and community services. According to the Baltimore County government website, nearby public schools are Pleasant Plains Elementary, Loch Raven Academy Middle and Loch Raven High. Approximately 100′ x 215′ comprising 0.482 acre of land

Zoning DR 5.5, residential. Home was constructed as two apartments, but registration status is unknown.

Public utilities

IMPROVEMENTS:
One story stucco home, built in 1945, containing 1,624 square feet of living area and 1,624 square feet of lower level garage area, according to public tax records. The building has an asphalt shingle roof, wood double hung windows and concrete block foundation.

The home is arranged for two apartment units – each containing a living room, eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms, full bath, electric forced air heat and central air conditioning. Basement is a garage.

Deposit funds shall be held by A. J. Billig & Co., LLC. Balance to be paid in cash at settlement, which shall take place within 45 days. If payment of the additional deposit or balance does not take place within the specified time, the deposit shall be forfeited and the property may be resold at the risk and expense of the purchaser. Interest to be charged on the unpaid purchase money, at the rate of 12% per annum, from date of contract to date of settlement. All adjustments, including taxes, rents, all other public charges and assessments payable on a monthly or annual basis, and sanitary and/or metropolitan district charges, if any, to be adjusted for the current year to date of contract and assumed thereafter by the purchaser. The property will be sold in “AS IS, WHERE IS” condition, subject to easements, agreements, restrictions or covenants of record affecting same, if any, the rights of the tenant in possession of all or part of the property and subject to existing zoning and building violation notices, if any.
