Dan is a third generation member of A.J. Billig Auctioneers with more than forty-five years auction experience and twenty years appraisal experience. Dan is a licensed auctioneer and real estate broker, as well as a member of the Certified Auctioneers Institute, Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and National Auctioneers Association. Dan previously served as the President and is a member of the Auctioneers Association of Maryland. Colleagues and customers describe him as detail-oriented and an expert in innovative marketing techniques.
Charles is a fourth generation auctioneer, joining A.J. Billig Auctioneers full-time in 2006. Charles come to A.J. Billig Auctioneers as a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law and of Elon University, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. He is a licensed Maryland Associate Broker, graduate of Missouri Auction School, member of Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. Charles is highly-motivated and has an intuitive feel for local markets and trends. Well-trained in property analysis, marketing and sales techniques, Charles has steadily developed the skills and knowledge of a successful real estate auctioneer.
Luis has been part of the A.J. Billig Auctioneers team since 2017. Luis has a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Maryland, College Park. He is a licensed Maryland Real Estate sales agent and a graduate of Missouri Auction School. Luis is also a member of Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. Luis grew up working in his family’s business and brings a personal level of care and attention to his clients. He has developed effective sales strategies and targeted marketing techniques through his data-driven property analysis.
