      By virtue of a Writ of Execution passed in the matter of Catonsville Mews Condominium Association, Inc., Plaintiff/Judgement Creditor (the “Plaintiff”) vs. Samuel A. Blake and Darlene J. Blake, Defendant/Judgement Debtor (the “Defendant”) , Case No. D-08-CV-25-007673, issued out of the District Court of Maryland for Baltimore County, the undersigned Constable will sell all of the Defendant’s right, title, interest and estate in the real property, as follows:

      All that fee simple condominium unit, situate and lying in Baltimore County, State of Maryland and being more fully described in the Deed to the above Defendant, dated May 30, 2006, recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County, Maryland in Book SM 24051, Page 148.

      According to public tax records, the home was built in 2006, contains 1,384 square feet of living area and 600 square feet of basement space. The house is believed to comprise a two-story, vinyl sided, end-of-group townhome containing 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, fireplace, heat pump and central air conditioning. Condo Plat
